Timothy R. Keenan

Timothy R. Keenan was born at Fort Riley, Kansas and graduated from Great Bend High School. He received a business finance degree from Fort Hays State University (B.S. 1979 with honors). Tim then received his law degree at Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas (J.D., Cum Laude 1982).  

Tim is a past member of the Great Bend City Council and the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce Board Member. He concentrates his practice on oil and gas, real estate, business litigation, agricultural and water law.
