This week, Rachel C. Keenan joined the firm as an associate attorney, continuing Keenan Law Firm's legacy. Her practice will focus on real estate, oil and gas matters, contract drafting, and family law.

Rachel was born and raised in Great Bend, Kansas and has returned to support our local community. “Rural communities deserve the same accessibility to legal services as those in large cities,” Rachel replied. “I am hoping to offer support to our community and the broader western Kansas region.”
Rachel graduated from Creighton University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the State of Kansas and the United States District Court of Kansas.
While studying at Creighton, Rachel served on the executive boards of student-led organizations and contributed as a general staff member of Creighton’s 2025 International and Comparative Law Journal. She also clerked at a law firm in Omaha and assisted as a Senior Certified Law Student with Creighton’s Milton R. Abrahams Legal Clinic, where she aided clients with landlord-tenant, divorce, custody, and contract matters. These experiences honed her skills in legal research, drafting, and client advocacy, providing her with a strong foundation to assist clients.
Rachel also broadened her global perspective and learned more about music and entertainment law through an internship at Kakao Entertainment’s Legal Division in Seoul, South Korea.
Before law school, Rachel completed her Bachelor’s degree in Global and International Studies and East Asian Languages and Cultures, with a minor in Political Science at the University of Kansas.
We are excited to welcome Rachel and look forward to her work in the community. If you would like to contact Rachel, please fill out our consultation form or email her at rachelkeenan@keenanlawyers.com
